Known as the City of the Everlasting Spring because of its sub-tropical climate, the gateway to the Lauca National Park (Parque Nacional Lauca), surrounded by impressive summits covered with show and the fantastic beauty of the Lake Chungará (Lago Chungará), one of the highest in the world and where most of the alpacas and llamas are concentrated.
